Fruit cake

 Ingredients


1 cup mixed nuts

1 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

Apple sauce

Orange Juice

1 cup dried fruit

Baking soda

Baking salt


Add half a cup orange juice to the dried fruit and let it soak for an hour

Add flour, apple sauce and mix 

Add baking soda and baking salt

Add sugar

Add mixed nuts


Bake at 400F for 50 minutes

Take out from oven. Use a tooth pick to make tiny holes and while the cake is still hot pour some rum on to the surface

Wrap the cake in sliver foil and keep for an hour
