Oats,Quinoa Idli with Asparagus Chutney


 Ingredients


1 cup rolled oats

1 cup Quinoa

1 cup urad dal

1 cup chana dal

1 cup brown rice


Soak all ingredients overnight

Grind into a coarse paste

Store overnight so he mixture ferments


Make idlis in a cooker



Asparagus Chutney


1 red onion

1 green chilli

1 cut ginger

1 cup of chopped asparagus


Heat onions in a frying pan till they are brown

Add chilli, ginger and asparagus

Roast till the asparagus is soft

Take off from the pan and grind the mixture to form a coarse chutney paste
